The 2026 NAMM Model Bourgeois Country Boy VT Aged Tone Adirondack/Mahogany OM is the most vintage-leaning Country Boy Bourgeois has ever built. This guitar was designed to feel like it stepped straight out of another era, built around an Aged Tone Adirondack spruce top, Honduran mahogany back and sides, and Bourgeois’ VT Package that strips things back to what truly matters. With nitrocellulose lacquer, a traditional T-bar truss rod, and lighter internal construction, this instrument is unapologetically old-school in the best possible way, delivering the look, feel, and response players chase in great vintage dreadnoughts.

The first thing you notice when you play it is how effortlessly alive it feels. The Adirondack top offers headroom and clarity, but the lighter build and mahogany body bring warmth, dryness, and immediacy that make the guitar feel incredibly responsive at any volume. Notes jump off the top with a quick attack, the midrange stays strong and present, and the low end remains tight and controlled, never overpowering the rest of the voice. This is the kind of dreadnought that excels at driving rhythm, flatpicking with authority, or laying down honest, woody chords that sit perfectly under a vocal.
